No proxy connection possible after a while

Hi coumunity!

We use an Astaro Security Gateway 320 with firmware version 8,102 and use the HTTP proxy with eDirectory SSO. We don't use ips.

At the beginning everything worked fine but after a few hours some users could not get internet access anymore. Neither they got the webpage nor an astaro error page. No logfiles shows any attempt from the users IP address to the astaro. 
I did an tcpdump and I see packages from the client PCs. The TCP handshakes works and the cleint tries to GET the webpage. But there is no response from the proxy after this. After a while the client resets the connection.

If we change the IP address of the user's pc he has access to the proxy again.
After a restart of the astaro everything worked fine again for some hours.

Could this happen because of a miss configuration?

    This problem is affecting us as well.  2x 525s running in Active/Active

    The issue seems to affect a very small subset of users (20ish) at various times of the day. For a few hours they are unable to access the proxy, and then they are suddenly allowed back in again. Changing IP addresses on client PCs seems to help since the issue seems to be TCP socket related.

    Feedback is always welcome, as support is awfully slow to provide any information
