No proxy connection possible after a while

Hi coumunity!

We use an Astaro Security Gateway 320 with firmware version 8,102 and use the HTTP proxy with eDirectory SSO. We don't use ips.

At the beginning everything worked fine but after a few hours some users could not get internet access anymore. Neither they got the webpage nor an astaro error page. No logfiles shows any attempt from the users IP address to the astaro. 
I did an tcpdump and I see packages from the client PCs. The TCP handshakes works and the cleint tries to GET the webpage. But there is no response from the proxy after this. After a while the client resets the connection.

If we change the IP address of the user's pc he has access to the proxy again.
After a restart of the astaro everything worked fine again for some hours.

Could this happen because of a miss configuration?

    I have it logged under Case #00133209: Some systems cannot use Proxy. It still shows that it is open. I know of other installations that are having the same issue. The connections show as CLOSE_WAIT. I am using the ASG Software running on two Dell servers running in HA mode. I ended up putting in a reboot in crontab to have it reboot every couple of days at 3:00 am. With rebooting I haven't had the problem that much. It started in 8.001. My connection has over 2,000 computers so it gets hit pretty hard. Seemed to happen after a while of running and when it got real busy. Seems they are aware of the issue, but haven't been able to figure anything out yet. I even gave them access to the system so that they could connect remotely and check it out. Last time I heard from them they wanted me to stop the rebooting and have them be able to connect into the computer when it happened again. Since with the workaround it hasn't been much of a problem, I haven't gotten around to it yet. Too many other pressing issues. Good Luck!
