Web Application Security

There does not appear to be a forum specific to web application security so please forgive me if this is not the correct forum.

I am trying to create a virtual web server but the SSL certificate is not in the drop-down list. I have already created the real web server and imported the SSL certificate. What am I missing?

    I got a response from support.

    "To use the certificate for signing websites, it must be imported as a .p12 file, which contains both public and private keys."

    The certificate we had imported was a .pem file.
