We just upgraded from 7.510 to 8.102 and I was very happy to see this new feature at the bottom of URL filtering page - Users allowed to bypass blocking. I took advantage of it and added a few users that need access to sites like Facebook and Twitter to support company's profiles. Works like a charm. with some minor exceptions..
My question is: i have a user that is prompted with Astaro Authentication (the one that pops up after users click on "Unblock this URL") window every 30 mins or so. A few of the websites that he is explicitly allowed to access time out and ask him to re-login. I tested it in my browsers (IE and Firefox) and I stay logged in whether i keep the browsers open or close & re-open. I was wondering if this can be fixed in Astaro or browser settings? His browser is configured to remember passwords so I have no idea where to look ..
