welcome..i've hit that a few times..[:)]

wait ....not fixed yet i`m waiting for astaro to jump in and install an update. It is a bug that they know we they have to manually install it.

wow astaro official support is sleeping !!!...  We are desperate here that the office is affected and they don`t even bother of telling me what package I need to install. 

And my licence is about to expire will give a second think if I should renew it and stay with astaro security gateways for our offices or not....

still no call no nothing .... God how bad can Astaro support be  ?

yes he doesn`t know .. he wants me to contact support but I`ve been trying the whole day today nobody man nobody did they all die there ? can`t believe what I see such a nice product with no support... WOW.

finally someone picked up but no man.. guess what ? lost internet connection and lost my call with astaro support... maybe that was my last chase.... if they read this I hope they will call me back on my cell.

hey in the end I got to them and they fix it by uploading and installing an rpm package.
