Http proxy not working anymore

Rebooted the astaro last night and today that`s it Proxy not working for authenticated users anymore. No updates on DC. But we see under security log under dc authentication failed from astaro. 

When I go under astaro and users, authentication I test the dc1 and astaro comes with successful.


Please help me asap. This is a live production environment and I need this fixed asap.

    This is primarily a user to user forum, but for emergencies in a production environment, you will want to utilize the official support that you are paying for.
     
    If you have Standard support, contact your reseller.  If you have Premium Support, contact Astaro Support.  Astaro Support Hotline.
     
    This is going to be the quickest way for your problem to get resolved, since either of those two avenues at least have the possibility of remoting into your system to see what's going on, which nobody here will.

    Yeah right Astaro support ..... SUCKS !!! BIG TIME

    1. I waited 20 minutes on the phone and I have premium support, no`body answered
    2. I created a ticket online 
    3. I posted on forum
    4. I fixed the issue with an consultant.


    Astaro Domain account expired and rejoined to the domain and it is fine now. 
    But year the official support of ASTARO will take 5-8 hours at least, days...
