WEB security with SSO Problem ?

HI Astaro Experts , [:S]

Before of all please check the attached file it contains my network daiagram.

I Have ASG 320 ( Version 8 ) configured to work as web proxy ( Single sign on ) 

I Have two Branches ( Head Quarter , office ) every Branch Has Domain Controller 

As Follow ( HQ = YYY.Local ) and ( Office = ***.Local ) . 

All i need , how i can enforce users from Office Branch to use My policy that 

already confiured on ASG .....
