Skype Exceptions by User/Group

Hi,

It's possible to control who can access Skype by user ou group?

Here Astaro at the CeBIT 2011 I saw that Astaro 8.2 will introduce a layer 7 control. With this control will be possible to do some more granular rules with IM/P2P protocols?
