Why these web site are blocked?

I don't understand the reason of block: reputation="neutral" and cateogories not selected for blocking...

    You are right! I said that because I was on a meeting (I didn't read it from beginig as I should). 
    The point is that you should take care about "status" in logs if an unexpected blocking happens.
