block with perl?

Hi!
I want to address a block opening mp3 (domain.com/***.mp3) extensions using pearl script. and that all other normal functions in that domain .. Please help in creating a regular perl script..

    no. I want to block only from certain locations. For example, disable the viewing of video on google docs and some private web location.
    simplified, mp3 is not prohibited. I just have to prevent certain web sites that should be allowed to display video and (or) mp3.
