Web Proxy Local content filtering database?

Had to turn off the http proxy yet again..come on guys get this feature pushed out or fix your bandwidth issues.

    the http proxy in 8.3 has known performance problems...luckily with disk your hit is smaller than if you were dependent on the cloudy servers..[:)]
