Web Proxy Local content filtering database?

Had to turn off the http proxy yet again..come on guys get this feature pushed out or fix your bandwidth issues.

@Snova: It is still there, but must be enabled from the shell. No WebAdmin GUI. It is a Technical Preview and use of the local content database is considered to be at your own risk.

Does this still works in 8.202? the cc set sc_local_db mem command fail for me.
