Web Proxy Local content filtering database?

Had to turn off the http proxy yet again..come on guys get this feature pushed out or fix your bandwidth issues.

right now no ads are being blocked at all despite the db being local. as a matter of fact NO blocking is occurring at all..ick.

found the same slowness,, re applied the fix.

I think its normal for no filtering to be happening while its downloading the files..

my setup with 8.2 is back on mem, and the blocking is working fine.
