Web Proxy Local content filtering database?

Had to turn off the http proxy yet again..come on guys get this feature pushed out or fix your bandwidth issues.

    Hi,
    I have noticed my cpu usage has increased from less than 1% to around 5% average. I know small, but might be of interest to those running machines that already have a high cpu use.

    I confirm the small CPU usage increase for me CPU usage went from ~0.8% to ~2%.

    Thats is on a overkill intel i3.

    Other than that nothing to report, so far VERY stable and much faster. Been running for like 2 weeks

    I had this turned on, and had to restore a backup for an unrelated problem. I restored to a backup from before this was turned on, so it went back to "none". When I went to turn it on again, It never starts downloading the database, and gets this error in the proxy log. My content filter support isn't expired, and it works fine when set to none. Is this McAfee blocking me from downloading the whole db? if so, any idea why?
