Hi,

When I try to surf to web Roni Tagansky |, I get an error message: connection to server timed out.

In the http/s log I get this error:

2011:01:02-13:08:14 foxv7 httpproxy[7992]: id="0002" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="web request blocked" action="block" method="GET" srcip="140.7.51.220" user="" statuscode="502" cached="0" profile="REF_rPblfFFLhF (EDS)" filteraction="REF_VTVeWaKHUU (Global)" size="2174" time="61320 ms" request="0xb15cf5a0" url="www.tagansky.co.il/" exceptions="" error="" category="9998" reputation="neutral" categoryname="Uncategorized" 

I try to put this URL in the allow URL, but it still not working.

Is there any suggestions?

    There is nothing you can do, if the connection from asg to web server takes a long time (60 sec) your asg shows a timeout connection error. 

    Perhaps it should be good the possibility to modify this timeout (if you want to allow 90 sec....)

    If I had to guess, I'd say it's a web server that doesn't play well with proxies, and that changing the delay won't do anything but make Astaro wait longer before giving up and reporting the connection as blocked.  I'd just put a DNS Host definition for Roni Tagansky | in the 'Transparent mode skiplist' (guessing that user="" means you're in "Transparent" mode).

    Well, in some cases changing the proxy timeout is usefull. Some months ago one of my Web Applications made queries so complex that it needed 120 seconds... in that case my solutions has been to use ajax [;)]
