proxy profile not applied

Hello everybody

  We migrate our ASG425 v7.508 to v8.003, since this time all the proxy profile does not work properly anymore.

  We use Basic User Authentication mode and authentication work fine but, when a user tries to go on internet ASG verify the user Group and then did not care about which group the user belong. The ASG applies only the first filter assigment that he found.

  I tried to modify the order of the filter assigment. When I do that ASG still give the first filter assigment he found in the list for the user. He doesn't assign the filter defined in the user description.

  I don't know what to do anymore.

    Please post a line from the 'Content Filter (HTTP)' log showing an incorrect access; obfuscate your IP like 172.x.y.15.  Also include pictures of the group definition and of the filter assigment.

    Just to confirm.  This worked correctly before the upgrade?

      I would like to post a line from the content filter for incorrect access but there are none...

      Before upgrading every thing was working fine.

    A user that has URL1 for exemple in LDAP will be attribute URL in filter assigment when he will acces to internet because URL is the first on the list of the filter assigment.

      After contacting astaro support the answer is: this is a bug in v8.003 and i have to update to 8.100, but as i saw v8.100 is a beta version and i can put such a version in production.

    v8.100 finished beta a couple of weeks ago, and is available as a soft release (https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/52/t/27787).  You will need to manually download the u2d package from the link in the post and upload/apply it through WebAdmin.
