How to block a pc internally

I was wondering if there is an easy way to block an internal ip address from getting to the outside world?

    Can this be done with schedule, 
    i want to block a certain pc at say 10pm
    i can do that in regular fw rules but how do i do that when running transparent proxy

    is it possible to block on ip with proxy (cant find it)
