Cannot Open testfile

I noticed it with facebook on my wifes and my computer, and now it happens with google too so  far.  I try to goto the site, and I get an astaro message:

An error occurred while handling your request 

While trying to retrieve the URL:  Google
Error message:  Cannot open testfile
Your cache administrator is:

ideas?

    If you are getting this error when trying to get to certain websites, disable virus scanning in your proxy settings. You have to disable it completely, Single Scan will still give this error.There is something wrong with pattern updates 20907 and 20908. Hopefully they get this sorted quickly and we can re-enable virus scanning. This only seems to affect sites with active browser detection (facebook.com, google.com, ebay.com etc..).

    Disabling AV didn't help .
    Only IE has the problem; the same PC with FireFox doesn't have the problem and MAC's are working fine.

    edit:
    Ok, also had to disable AV in the "Filter Actions", not just under 'Global'.

    to avoid this i use this way 
    i am using 8.100 
    web security>>http/s>>antivirus/malware >>uncheck Use AntiVirus scanning

    its not recommand but to just login to 1 site i use this setting and again using av (remove check )

    for me this fix problem
