Cannot Open testfile

I noticed it with facebook on my wifes and my computer, and now it happens with google too so  far.  I try to goto the site, and I get an astaro message:

An error occurred while handling your request 

While trying to retrieve the URL:  Google
Error message:  Cannot open testfile
Your cache administrator is:

    I'm getting this message from Astaro on ONE computer on the network when trying to reach Google.

    He's restarted browser and cleared browser cache and still gets the error.  Everyone else can get to Google fine... Weird!
