Sonos music services can't connect with Web security turned on

I have two Sonos Zoneplayers and noticed that I can't use music services such as Pandora and Rhapsody from them. (Note that direct web access to Pandora from a PC web browser works fine.)
When I opened the live log, I see entries like this:

2010:11:28-16:15:35 asg httpproxy[30000]: id="0001" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="http access" action="pass" method="GET" srcip="172.16.33.105" dstip="208.85.41.36" user="" statuscode="200" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Proxy)" filteraction="REF_DefaultHTTPCFFAction (Default content filter action)" size="11584" time="3593 ms" request="0x9f39be8" url="audio-sjl-t2-2.pandora.com/.../

Note that I am not in anyway restricting entertainment, internet radio/TV, etc. Also, the 172.16.33.105 is the Zone Player device.

I found that when I went to Web Security, Exceptions there were entries for sites like Adobe and Microsoft updates. I clicked "Clone" on the one for Adobe and created one for Pandora with "Matching these URLs" set to
^https?://[A-Za-z0-9.-]*pandora.com/

I also setup Rhapsody to the URLs I noticed blocked which were:
^https?://[A-Za-z0-9.-]*listen.vo.llnwd.net/
^https?://[A-Za-z0-9.-]*rhapsody.com/

These changes immediately helped.
My question is: Is this the best way to deal with this, or should I have used the "Going to these categories of Websites" on the Exceptions setup for a more generic fix? For example, I had no idea that Rhapsody would use a site called listen.vo.llnwd.net, nor do I know if that's the only site they'll use.
