I have had so many problems trying to find out why I am not able to update through NERO's Command center. I found this in the German section and it does work.
Go to "Web Security"
Then click on "HTTP/S"
Then "Exceptions"
and then create a new exception list.
Name: Nero Update
Skip these checks: AntiVirus, Extension-, MimeType-Blocking
For all requests matching these URLs: ^https?://[A-Za-z0-9.-]*nero.com/
Yes exactly like it reads even down to the ^ I am not sure why it makes a difference but it works.
Please do not give me any credit this was done in the German side of the forum.
