Problems with a website in Proxy

Before v8 I had no problems accessing this website: https://www.swbc.com . Now i just get a generic "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page." error. I have the proxy set to deny everything except a list of approved websites. The website was added to the list in v7 and is still there. I also added the IP address of the website as well as tried an exception rule that bypassed everything with no luck.

This is what I see in the HTTP/S Live Log whenever someone attempts to open the site:

Nothing shows up in the IPS log. Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic is also unchecked. Proxy is operating in Basic User Authentication Mode.

    Everything else looks fine, but (guessing) maybe the swbc server timed out on you after almost a half-second.  This may just be one of those sites for which you need to skip the proxy.

    (I think you know this, but for future visitors)  In a non-transparent mode, the 'Transparent mode skiplist' is not considered, so the skip has to be configured in the browser.
