Authentication Problem - ASG 8.0.2

Hi,

I had a problem with astaro SG - Proxy v. 8.0.2 - software version. There were a problem with users authentication by SSO AD. Earlier it worked fine, but suddenly stops - users were asked for credentials, but with no success. Thing which resolve my problem was joining again Astaro into domain.

My question is, what could be the reason of that behavior? In logs (from web panel), i don't see any information about errors. Where can I find more specific logs - like Kerberos - connection between Astaro and AD?

One more question - what should be optimal parameters for hard disk and RAM for server on which Astaro is installed - for about 100 users, normal Internet usage?

    If you can't find what you want in the 'User authentication daemon' logfile, then you'll have to check the logs on your AD server.

    It sounds like you have the NTLM problem, and that you aren't using Kerberos.  Look in VI.A of Configure HTTP-S Proxy with AD-SSO for the trick to force Kerberos.
