even if you uncheck everything and use just the http proxy the requests still go to the cff servers..and when they get slow for whatever reason http crawls to a halt with it..
You're right, Just sniffed the traffic from my astaro box, and it still open many connection to cffs servers while using the proxy.
Even if everything was disable but the proxy itself (no URL filter, AV, caching..)
So I'm not sure what it sends there...
A solution might be to use another proxy than the one provided by astaro, unless they decide to implement local caching... But the astaro proxy is so useful in combination with its AV, and transparent proxy.....
Even caching response for a day would greatly improve speed and probably not take much space...
