No download from HP Website

Today I tried to download drivers from HP Website and there was a time out. No error, no blocking message from Astaro, only a blank page.

The URL was:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDownloadEventHandler.jsp?redirectReason=SWD_FTP_Request&swItem=ob-63065-1&prodSeriesId=3687084&prodLine=KV&targetPage=ftp%3A%2F%2Fftp.hp.com%2Fpub%2Fsoftpaq%2Fsp39001-39500/sp39155.exe&filesize=4688752

I made an exception for the HP website without luck.

Has anyone a clue why this could be and what I have to do to download drivers from hp?

FWIW, I get an ftp error on that page, using a non-Astaro proxy.

The following URL could not be retrieved: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp39001-39500/sp39155.exe;jsessionid=whWxMRpM61WV1qGv2rmZl1XvM9QyQKkTj91w3WQlMlykjr6v28pk!-1420313209

Squid sent the following FTP command:

RETR sp39155.exe;jsessionid=whWxMRpM61WV1qGv2rmZl1XvM9QyQKkTj91w3WQlMlykjr6v28pk!-1420313209

and then received this reply

sp39155.exe;jsessionid=whWxMRpM61WV1qGv2rmZl1XvM9QyQKkTj91w3WQlMlykjr6v28pk!-1420313209: No such file or directory.

This might be caused by an FTP URL with an absolute path (which does not comply with RFC 1738). If this is the cause, then the file can be found at ftp://ftp.hp.com/%2f/pub/softpaq/sp39001-39500/sp39155.exe;jsessionid=whWxMRpM61WV1qGv2rmZl1XvM9QyQKkTj91w3WQlMlykjr6v28pk!-1420313209.

without the jsessionid works.

I think HP's site is broken but you can use the above URL to get the file you need.

Perhaps Astaro's proxy needs to be enhanced to display more errors to the user.

I think I figured out what the problem is. I can't make a download from ftp sources.
FTP proxy is on in transparent mode.

I seems a made a wrong setting.

I'm new using an astaro firewall. I use this firewall since three days.
Any hints for me?
