Content blocked - Strange visuals

I tried to download the Eicar testfile and I got the following screen. Why do I read something about ASG v7? The running system is a v8.001!

Would be nice if they reverted BACK to the all white BG screen! Can't even use HTML in the new customization, meaning I can't direct people to the intranet to try to solve their problems... now the blocked page looks like I went out and hired a 2yr old as a web designer, and not a good one at that!
