443 without hotmail,Gmail ...

Dears 
I am using ASG120 V8.01 , and i have a strict web security policy like scanning HTTP(S) , web filtering ..etc
but my employees are using proxy and the can not be controlled by the policy i have put
the proxy port they use is either 8080 or 443
i tried to create a packet filter rule by rejecting 443 , but that caused the hotmail , gmail and all Https websites not to open !!

is there any solution you could help me by rejecting 443 and allowing hotmail for example

    Port 443 is the "standard" HTTPS traffic port, if you block that most websites will not function in secure mode. Why would you want to block that?

    I want to block it cause some of my employees are using proxies with 443 ports to
    access banned and forbidden sites like facebook in my network policy or chat websites 

    So there is not any way to block or monitor traffic on 443 ? Right ?

    Do you use 'Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic' under Websecurity->HTTP/S? If not, did you try to enable it?
    The packetfilter rules should only affect HTTP-traffic when it is not using the HTTP proxy. You should be able to block both port 80 and 443, and still be able to surf the net using the HTTP proxy.
