HTTPS, FTP, IM times out or wont connect

All traffic on https, ftp an im is either not connecting or timing out.

Switch from another utm to astaro yesterday and managed to get everything else working except for the above traffic.

Any advice on what i need to check ?

    Astaro systems are configured for "default deny", all traffic is blocked unless you specifically allow it.

    You will need to enable and configure the HTTP/S and FTP security systems, or add packet filter rules, to allow HTTP and FTP access outbound.  For IM/P2P, you need to add packet filter rules allowing the traffic, and make sure the traffic is not blocked under IM/P2P.
