Pictures not shown in websites !

Hello All
I applied some kind of web filtering on some categories while iam using my ASG120 
but the problem is when we opened some sites ( 75 %) of the sites i access , i couldnt see the pictures ! , i asked a lot m they said its because of a filter i applied , but i didnt apply any specific filter , they are the defaults which comes with Astarto ( Web filtering )

is there any answer please ?

    Web Filtering applies to every URL on a page, not just to the URL of the page.  However, the default is to filter nothing (or everything).  Look in the HTTPS log to see the reason for the block.

    If the URL is not being blocked for reason="category" then the problem likely is that the server hosting the URL does not work with the Astaro proxy.  In this case, try skipping the proxy for the specific URL.

    Please let us know the result of your research.

    Thanks Bob,
    I think the server which hosts the URL is not working with Astaro proxy
    i tried skipping the Web filtering i put by adding this URL to safe list bit i failed 
    could you pleas etell me how to skip this URL from proxy ?

    Also, remember that the 'Transparent mode skiplist' applies only when the proxy is in a 'Transparent' mode.

    Please use the precise term; it's not clear what this means.
