[8.000] User based reporting or exceptions in transparent mode

Hi there,

I'm running HTTP-Proxy in transparent mode. Is there a way to do user based (or station name based) reporting or exceptions without having user to logon in any way.

If I recognized correctly Active Directory SSO just works with providing proxy settings to every browser, not in transparent mode. At the moment my logs only show IP adresses which can change (DHCP).

Is there a way to get more information into the logs or have something like SSO while using transparent mode?

    Once you setup AD SSO, the account names will start to appear in the logging as Astaro uploads the users accounts. 

    We use AS SSO and set the proxy in the browser. Users never have to log into anything. They just open the browser and surf. Reporting works thereafter.

    Yeah that's right but the problem is that you have to set the proxy. This is no problem for a browser but we have applications which only work correct with a transparent proxy.

    So it's our goal to keep the transparent mode.
