Hi Team,

I use ASG version 8.0 Home edition.

Pls advice on the Web security, how to prevent the internal users to send the attachment's like .exe /.doc through gmail / yahoo mail.

please elaborate the steps in detail.

This is not possible with external services like gmail that use POP3-SSL. It is not possible with the free version of Yahoo mail.

If your users are only accessing those accounts through web-mail, you can use the HTTP content filter to block access to those services completely.
