V8 Web Usage Reporting

When I view Web Usage under Reporting | Web Security and view the top users, most names appear ok (we are using SSO through AD) however some names show as REF_RmkVhmlQql and REF_WXUMHcTTla or similar.  I would like to fix the user names to be the actual user's name.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Interesting.  What do you see when you resolve those under 'Support >> Advanced'?

    Is there something wrong on your Novell server with a user you added then?

    No, that reference is my creation date note to the Astaro group that is used to authenticate users access to the proxy.  This has only shown after the update to v8, and no users have problems in access either their Novell server or the Astaro proxy.  Its just that the name is not resolved.
