iPhone 4 - Opening ports for FaceTime - Video conferencing software

I am tyring to open ports on our Astaro Gateway 220 for the iPhone 4's FaceTime program - allows the video chat.

When the people here at work take their phones home, the video conferencing works, so we know its the firewall. I know I have to open ports: 53, 80, 443, 4080, 5223, and 16393-16472. I have created individual service definitions for each port and packet filter rules. For the rules, I have the green light checked not the red.

Am I doing something wrong or is there more to do?

    Matching is done by the entire rule.  Each parameter, source, destination, and service, would be taken into account to determine a match against a rule.
     
    Edit your FaceTime packetfilter rules and move them up to the top positions in the list and see if it begins working.

    I put them at Top (number 1 and so on) and it still didn't work. Could it have anything to do with DNAT stuff?

    it has to be something else besides processing number since it didnt work at 1, refer to my attachments on page 1 and see if you see anything.

    To enable the rule all I have to do is change the light from red to green right?
