Astaro Blocks ClientPrint Service for Web Application

I have been facing this problem since one week,our clients are using a web application to print the reports .When ever we enter into this website and click the specified link to print it shows the data,but when we click on Printer Icon an error message displays on Internet Explorer's page that "ClientPrintService is undefined".But if i change the gateway and uncheck proxy it prints.What might be solution for this thread,waiting for response[:(]

    Dear Balfson,The website is basically a web based application,that is used to store the record of employess,it is accessed like this http://212.10.89.12 (Example) Also t has a logo on the top,which Astaro blocks and later on it doesnt allow the users to print.Also HTTP/s Proxy is running on Standard mode.
