I have been facing this problem since one week,our clients are using a web application to print the reports .When ever we enter into this website and click the specified link to print it shows the data,but when we click on Printer Icon an error message displays on Internet Explorer's page that "ClientPrintService is undefined".But if i change the gateway and uncheck proxy it prints.What might be solution for this thread,waiting for response[:(]
