HTTPS error

SSO is enabled . HTTPS scanning enabled with transparent with authentication

when i i browse google the web page opens. but when i try further it gives certificate error. all the certificates are fine. and yeah it gives this error messeage 
CONNECTION RESET BY PEER

can anybdy help

    Are there any relevant packets blocked in the packet filter?

    Are there any lines in the 'Content Filter (HTTP)' related to Google being blocked?
