configuring a proxy

thank you for answering me, but i still have a confusion that i would like to get help with ,i will explain my problem:

i would like to make a filter over the network and give access to some users and forbid it on others with limiting access on some website too.

1-i went to "Definition->Network" and defined my network users.
2-i went web Security -> https:
                                 it tell   "To start the HTTP Proxy, please specify     
                                           your Allowed networks and set an Operation  
                                            mode."

-i am using Standard mode, do i have to add my defined users in Allowed Network (that i defined in step one) to give access to user who i want to and forbid it to the rest or thats not the right way to do that ?

-i noticed that even the non defined users (step one) can access to internet in Transparent mode  how can that possible?

By users, I'm assuming that you actually mean network endpoints, such as PCs and servers, defined by IP address.
 
In standard mode, you need to do two things for endpoints to have access: 1) client systems must have the proxy on port 8080 configured and 2) You must add network definitions of machines that you want to have access to the Allowed networks list. For example, if you add the Internal (Network) definition here, all machines on the local LAN subnet would be allowed access (as long as they also have the proxy defined on their local system). 
 
If you mean by actual user accounts, then you would have to setup profiles and user filter assignments to set this up.
 
In Transparent Mode, no proxy needs to be assigned on client systems. Chances are that you have your internal LAN network definition in the Allowed networks box on the general tab.

i tried new thing,i went to NetWork Security-> packet filter and i add a new rules each rules is for one user's in the network and and i gave for each one the DESTINATION : ANY and Action:ALLOW.

if i do that and i activate the proxy(Transparent mode), do the filtering in the proxy affect them or not (knowing that i gave them DESTINATION : ANY and Action:ALLOW in the packet filter section) ?

When you access the web via the proxy, packet filter rules are not evaluated.

sorry but just well understand, you mean when i use web via proxy all the definition in the packet filter are ignored ?

If you traffic is covered by the web proxy then,it will not check the packet filter rules

thank you for information, but how can i establish some restriction on some users like Time Event(the period of connection) when i am using Proxy ?

you can create proxy profiles and then map the relevant filter assignments. Have a look at the proxy profiles overview page on your webadmin [;)]
