Automatic HTTP Cache Clearing

Hi guys.

Is there any way to create Automatic HTTP Cache Clearing?
I have massive amount of users and would like to clear the HTTP Cache periodically, every day at 3:00 AM.

I used to have hips of problems with it, so I didn't use it at all.

Last week I thought of giving it another go, and for some reason it seems to work well and speed up the internet surfing.
