GotoMeeting not going through

Hi,

ASG425
Ver. 7.505

When users want to attend a webinar through gotomeeting no error comes up but the site does not go through either. I've attached the Packet Filter logs. We are using AD SSO. Right now I created an extra profile that is using Transparent Mode and added the user's IP Address and the user was able to access gotomeeting. Is there a way for me to permit users to go to this site?

You ddin't say if you were scanning HTTPS - are you?

This might work if you create an exception for anti-virus, etc. for gotomeeting.

If users only can access it when avoiding the Proxy, then, in a non-transparent mode (like AD-SSO), this is done in the browser settings.  If you don't want to use a GPO, you can use the new Proxy Auto Configuration file on the 'Advanced' tab.

If the exception won't work, then you'll need: http://www.citrixonline.com/iprange
