Difference between Source Networks

Hi there.

I have a question concerning the source networks of HTTP/S proxy.

I am actually using an ASG220 with V7.505 installed on.

My question is : 

What is the difference between the "Allowed Networks" in the Web Security -> HTTP/S menu and the "Source Networks" used in Proxy Profiles in the HTTP/S Profiles sub menu.

My guess is :

The Allowed networks are global (Let's say I put Internal Network there.) and the source networks are Profile specific. Am I right?
