URL Filtering not working

It seems that since the issues of last week with ips. I have been unable to get the url filter or the Anti virus scanner to work. I have the proxy enabled and I look at the live log and it says that its letting everything through. Can someone shed some light on this?

    Thomas, please show a relevant line from the full (not live) 'Content Filter (HTTP)' log, and also tell us why it should have been a block instead of a pass.

    Thanks i went to pull the logs and figured it out there was a rule that was allowing everything through.

    it was something that i didnt see in the proxy live log thanks for pointing me in the right direction
