Simple blocking a site doesn't work

First I am a total newbie to the Astaro Gateway

I want to block access to an ip number (like 192.168.1.101). Thought I could do that in 
URL Filtering/Additional sites/url's to block, so I made an entry there like 192.168.1.101 but it doesn't work, I tried a lot of alternatives like 192.168* etc.. All don't work. 

Can someone give a startpoint where to look for the course? The packet filter log says the following:
2010:05:19-14:49:11 caras1 httpproxy[28839]: id="0001" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="http access" action="pass" method="GET" srcip="172.16.4.185" user="HER" statuscode="302" cached="0" profile="REF_SjDojFiudc (EDU)" filteraction="REF_NdIYgqNLES (Minimal_CF)" size="162" time="9 ms" request="0xb1b3acf8" url="192.168.1.101/.../html

Any suggestions are welcome!!

    Did you specify only the IP address, i.e. 192.168.1.101, or did you specify the URL http://192.168.1.101?  The former won't work; the latter should.

    BTW, you'll find the online help is a treasure trove of useful information and explanations which will really help you explore the ins and outs of ASG.  Click the ? icon in the top-right of any WebAdmin page.
