Hi,
I hope I'm just missing something obvious but can't seem to figure this out...

I have Web Security setup to only allow certain URL categories and block certain file extensions from download and this is working fine - unfortunately for me!

I'd like to be able to have 2 different categories/groups of users, 1 to keep these restrictions and 1 that has broader capabilities (e.g. downloading patches, etc). Is there a way to do this?

Is the way to do this by creating individual exceptions and assigning groups in there?

PS: And if it is by exceptions, then my AD isn't connected right... I created an exception for my AD username but I'm still blocked.

I haven't been able to get all my AD users or any groups to sync, and looking in the HTTP Log is showing User=""

which proxy operation mode are you using? Is it set to "Active Directory SSO"? If yes you should be able to use the proxy profiles for different users/groups.
