ASG 7.504 & Authentication timeout in Transparent Mode

Hello!  

Just got some issues that the users will need to reauthenticate for http/https after a coupe of time (approx. 15 to 16 minutes.) 

Using Transparent mode with Authentication. 

Online Documentation shows following entry: 

Authentication Timeout: This option allows you to set the number of minutes between user authentication prompts when using the transparent user authentication feature.

Could it be that this is based on seconds and not on minutes ???

    Hi Ralf,

    jup, by default it's 900 seconds.
    However they'll stay logged in for as long as the popup that the ASG creates stays open.
    Timer starts as soon as this popup is closed (e.g. because it is blocked by a popup blocker). 
    So educate your users to create an exclusion for the popup blocker for the ASG or tweak the setting. I personally prefer to not block the popup and set the timeout to something smaller, e.g. 120 seconds.
