skip HTTP filter categorie using anonymous proxy,

hi all Astaro Member,

i will like to know how to block using anonymous proxy from the LAN, we use Astaro security gateway & some users are skipping Astaro HTTP Filter Categorie using international anonymous proxy in their navigator, 

they can download movies, music & others thinks that are blocked in Astaro.


how we can fix that ?? any solutions ??

    There are other solutions that are less-desireable; the real solution is to put the proxy into a non-transparent mode and get rid of the 'Internal (Network) -> Web Surfing -> Internet : Allow' packet filter rule.  Is that an option for you?

    Block all not needed file types. Block anonymous proxies in web proxy. Use HTTPS traffic scanning. Or like Bob said use standard proxy mode.
