Google Blocked?

For most of today a client has told me that Google was being blocked....

.... any idea why?

    Ian, Wouldn't there be a reason="??????????" noted if the access was blocked by Astro?

    Tom, Can the client even access that URL from outside the Astaro?

    They claim it started working again.

    Why would this show up in the logs but not on the report?
