[ASG 7.504] can't access www.ebay.de through proxy

I've setup ASG 7.504 on an ESX-Server and imported the config from our old standalone ASG. User-Authentication works through AD. My Problem right now is, i cannot access www.ebay.de. ebay.at, ebay.ch or ebay.com is working without any problems.

here's what the http.log says:

DNS-Resulotion works fine, IPS is disabled. Whitelisting or creating an exception did not help.

Does anybody have any hints for me?

    If clearing the DNS cache on the Astaro doesn't solve this, try a traceroute to www.ebay.de and I bet you'll see that your ISP needs to reboot a router.

    hey bob,

    clearing the dns-cache didn`t help. how should i see, that my provider (german t-com) needs to reboot a router? i did traceroute from several astaros behind t-com-dsl and they nearly look the same.

    some more ideas?

    I think the router that's malfunctioning is the last one in to appear in Traceroute.  If you get all the way to ebay.de, then there's a different problem.  Looking again at your log line above, it appears that something in "filter_www" is stopping ebay.de.
