problems with profiles without autentication

QVICIO
good morning:

      I have a problem with the profiles of the http proxy, the proxy is configured in transparent mode without authentication ...

   You can create profiles for certain ip's they can not enter certain pages???

    good afternoon:

        The problem is not as set in http profiles -> filter assignments -> the option users / groups ... if I only work with ips and I have no users and authentication ... that would have to put in that paragraph (users / groups)?
