[7.504Unable to download files via hotmail

Hi All

I am having problems downloading files from my email account.I am using hotmail (w*w.hotmail.com not outlook connector) and I when I am trying to download a file (let's say ppt) ,the anti virus scanning page appears and it freezes(pic and log attached). It seems that the antivirus webpage is blocked (]h*tp://passthrough.fw-notify.net[/url])

    I though that might be the case but then it doesn't happen always. for example the above log is from when i tried to download a ppt. I then tried to download another attachment (different sender) and worked fine (acrobat file)
