unable to view webpage

I have been trying to view this website 

64 Zoo Lane Multi-Puzzle  

the page would load but the content wont load.
I add to Always allow these URLs/sites and exception list but still wont load the content.

    If you are running Web Security, watch the 'Content Filter (HTTP)' live log while you're trying to reach that URL.  I bet you see that there's a URL being blocked that's called by your webpage.

    Ok thanks I look at the live log nothing being block, flash part of page just wont load

    Do you have 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' checked on the 'Advanced' tab?
